Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it
  • unused and unworn
  • with all original tags attached
  • in its original packaging

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at: info@sacinsac.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Return address: Contrada Santa Chiara 32, Brescia (25122) - Italy. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for: custom or made-to-order items, sale items or gifts

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
